Job Discription

• Manage third-party customers, ensuring credit and invoices or proceed within established time frames
• Process customer master data and pricing request in SAP, ensuring conformance to establish Tata qualifying standard and service level agreements
• Execute month season change request from the field sales team
• Maintain customer contracts central repository, ensuring consistency between master documents and SAP master data and performing updates asRequired
• Process new account request within 24 or 48 hours, ensuring credit applications are complete and accurate and ABNsAre fully verified
• Run sap pricing and other customer master data reports, leveraging the information to identify qualify issue and support quarterly data cleanup activities
• Provide annual training to ANZ commercial team toCustomer master data requirements including pricing and rebates, discounts
• Maintain SOP documentation for all master data and third-party customer processes
• Support GBS control framework, ensuring that scripts are up to date and executed as required
